Open Wings Sanctuary (OWS) was formed to assist women and their children escape from domestic violent relationships and those who are homeless in providing shelter and other resources through our rehabilitative programs. OWS also supports GGA's Helping the Homeless Cause Group to bring awareness of homelessness on a global scale and with Greenden for global e-commerce, environmental protection and sustainability in education and practice. Other services we will provide include financial assistance for home purchases, job placement for those who graduate from our rehabilitative programs, adoption support services, women/minority development workshops, and counseling. Although our main focus will be women and their children we will offer counseling and treatment of men as well who have been victimized. Construction of OWS's first rehabilitative site is set to break ground in 2020.
