Since 1985, endPoverty have created over 200,000 small businesses across 37 different countries, totaling $14 million.

Design, direct, and implement a comprehensive donor relations and stewardship program to promote interaction with and recognition of major donors by developing strategies for effective stewardship of donors; this includes but is not limited to special events, capital campaigns, sight visits and soliciting new major gifts from corporations, churches, grantors and high net worth individuals. Pioneered and oversaw the creation of ICM’s Donor Relations Teams in 2012. Cultivating relationships and developing consistent donor connectivity and loyalty over a period of two years; the cash fundraising target doubled from US$3.9m in 2011 to US$8m in 2014.Oversee the integration of Salesforce CRM software across all ICM Departments and into the daily workflow by tracking donor interactions, accomplishments & donations. Creating dashboards of the historical trends and patterns for strategic decisions and monitoring. ICM operates across the Southern Philippines, serving 170,000 ultrapoor participants through 450 employees and a volunteer network of 5,000 local community leaders. ICM is committed to a community-based, holistic solutions to fighting ultrapoverty to ICM’s participants who live in subsistence. ICM’s annual budget is US$11m, with a mailing list of nearly 6,000 individuals from over 15 countries.

Pioneer and lead the ICM Trips Department. Hire and grow ICM Trips Department, expanding from one to five employees. Managed the ICM Trips Department budget of US$150k. Each project required coordinating 10-25 staff to facilitate each trip. Developed and secured partnerships with new donors. ICM Trips Department helped double the overall fundraising for ICM from US$2m to US$3.9m in 2011, through these personalized trips.Personally guide and facilitate over 120 personalized short-term trips across eight Philippines cities from 2010-2012, accommodating over 1,500 visitors from around the world; including but not limited to Corporations, high net worth Individuals, Churches and Foundations.

Installed timber frame studios, house extensions, commercial buildings and community buildings for high end clients.Shomera is the largest provider of home extensions in Ireland and has provided additional living space for more than 1300 clients.
