Faurecia Automotive Exteriors 20 peoples team managementManager of the Central Laboratory of the division. - Organize and perform the tests of exteriors parts validation plans in the field of Mechanics, Crash, Material, Thermal, Paint, Electricity, Ventilation & Acoustics.- Projects : support program teams to validate products according customer specifications and regulations in the respect of schedule and cost objectives.- RFQ : quotation of laboratory tests costs and validation plan proposal. - Management and development of capacities and talents of laboratory team ; training plan and polyvalency deployment. - In charge of Laboratory Quality Management- Laboratory compliancy with ISO TS 16949 and with the main lines of ISO CEI 17025.- Auditor and coach of the secondaries Laboratories according ISO CEI 17025 and ISO TS 16949.- budget and investment : management of new testing equipements acquisition process.- Support,coach and train the plants Laboratories of the division leading to their improvement.

14 peoples team management- Manager of the Material, Chemical, Paint and Mechanical & Crash Tests Laboratories including Tests activities in the field of crash, sun and climatic tests, UV and ageing tests, material and paint tests. - Define priorities, propose bests compromises time/urgency and negotiation with the customers.- Central Laboratory Quality Manager, in charge of the Quality System Management for all the laboratories.- Lead the Laboratory HSE, 5S and progress plans working Groups.- Organization and preparation of customers audits (RSA self agrement) and certifications audits (ISO/TS 16949).- Manage QRCI (root causes analysis) and correctives actions plans following the audits.- Support developement, innovation and plants teams in their needs of tests validations.

4 testing technicians team management- Manage the workload, schedule and coordinate the Laboratory tests in the field of pedestrian impact tests, low speed bumpers impact tests, reparability sled tests, drop tests, mechanical endurance tests, rigidity and static pull out tests. - Validate the tests reports in providing the necessary interpretations and analysis- Lead the maintenance and the calibration of the testing and mesurement equipments.- Manage the acquisition process of new tests equipments : specifications writing, supplier quotation and choice, validation and qualification of the equipement.- Manage the laboratory tests subcontracting process

Interior Vehicle and Front End Research Departmentin charge of :- Accidentology & Biomechanics studies and analysis in relationship with INRETS- Regulations follow-up : participation to European regulation meetings in Brussels for pedestrian protection- Euro NCAP Crash-Tests : participation in manufacturer viewing and testing protocol evolution meetings - Safety Benchmarking : automotive safety equipements market analysis - Provide safety input datas for safety innovation projects and development programs in the field of frontal / side and pedestrian crash tests
