¤ Hedge Funds Trade support: preparing subscriptions/redemptions/transfers/proxies documentation as requested by FO, following-up trades execution with Fund Administrators ¤ Mutual Funds Trade support: checking orders receipt with Transfer Agents, informing FO of rejected orders - Checking the consistency between the system booking and real execution - Opening new sub-accounts¤ Settlement: applying flows in systems as per contract notes, analyzing and applying payments from liquidated/suspended funds and side-pockets, solving accounting issues and justifying cash/P&L/accounting breaks¤ Confirmation: checking trades in the internal system versus contract notes, chasing Fund Administrators for missing contract notes / statements¤ Reconciliation: checking funds positions in the internal system versus statements, chasing Fund Administrators for missing statements, booking of corporate actions, justifying breaks¤ Pricing: updating final and estimated NAV in the referential system¤ Fees: chasing, controlling and reconciling payments linked to the management fees rebates, liquidity providing fees and size commitment fees¤ Operating Procedures: updating procedures to reflect processes and controls improvements
