Represent Ewon in HMS group worldwide Sustainability team🎯Achievements: implement sustainable packaging solutions through HMS group (reducing plastic usage and promoting usage of FSC untreated recycled cardboard), served as a technical advisor for the construction of a new building extension (solar panels, power monitoring, EV charging), implement several process flows using Power Automate driving efficiency across the organization, migrated/updated ISO27001 Document Management System to SharePoint.

My role was to detect the needs for changes associated with the business goals of the organization. I identified areas of improvement, proposed solutions and implemented them successfully (industry4.0)

Head of Electronic plant Quality Control dept (30 peoples), I organized, managed and controlled the 4 sections of the department to assure the compliance with the customer requirements in terms of Conformity of finish goods, implementing any means to achieve plant 0 defect policy; Analysis of customer returns and countermeasures implementation to avoid reoccurrence.

I was responsible for the Quality management of all the suppliers of mechanical parts and electronic parts of AW Europe electronic plant. (+/- 70 suppliers, +/- 600 references).

As Operations Quality Assurance team, we were the Quality Assurance representative on the plant toward Customers.

Key role in commercialization of new products, I was insuring professional transition between prototypes and series delivery. I managed the Industrialization of 500 new products for the 2002-2003 catalogue.

As Project Quality assurance member of development team, I insured Quality during Conception and industrialization of headlamp and fog lamps for Jaguar.

I was Project leader from choice of technical solutions until final tests and customer reception (750000€/project sales values) - Preparing planning and f/up – Managing the internal/sub-contractor workers team – assuring Cost f/up and financials.
