I snack a lot, and while taste is very important, I needed a low-calorie, gluten free option, which I could not find. ... and that's how SOST was born! We turn cashew nuts into flour, which we turn into delicious and healthy snacks. SOST means "3" in Amharic, a language in Ethiopia, because my team and I focus on 3 elements – the body, the mind, and the soul. Good fuel for the body and mind, and a tasty touch for the soul!
