In this role I focused on four main points:- Supervising multiple data repositories; this involves the automation and execution of several ETL processes, while simultaneously exploring the environment for new data sourcing opportunities.- Performing customized, tailored analyses for both internal and external clients. For automated reports in Power BI, developing a Natural Language solution to provide curated, dynamic highlights and summaries that are meaningful and easy to read.- Working with the branches (Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Uruguay) in the process of unifying and standardizing data models and criterias.- Providing support and training on the analytic tools to the different areas of the company (Sales, Product development, Strategy, Global Solutions), while showing them how the different scopes of Analytics can add value to their practice.

At BCI, I was welcomed with a project both extremely challenging and important for the bank, designing from the scratch a system to optimize the sale process of key products. This was a great opportunity to get familiarized with the banking industry, and develop tools with impact in many different areas.I tackled the issue by designing a Decision support system (DSS) which dynamically manages each client interactions pattern, aiming to determine the best course of action for the bank.Besides the immense programming experience, I also value the opportunity to gain industry know-how, project management skills and the possibility to interact with high level management.

As a Data Analyst in Deloitte, I've worked in a consulting project for an International company in the Energy and Resources Industry. Key tasks where I participated include:- Automate monthly reporting files to drastically reduce time and effort required to complete these files. These reports are presented to Top Management and the Board of Directors.- Build a consolidated platform for Manual Input that connects to the final Data Files, for information that cannot be obtained from other sources.I also provided support for multiple processes working with the Analytics team and the Financial Engineering team.In this experience I increased both my technical skills and global perspective, understanding how Big Data solutions should be implemented in an international context. I also advanced in my team work skills and time & schedule management, working with a team of consultants.
