I started my career in traditional advertising, but made the move to digital very quickly. This was still back in the day when flash was a thing and banners had a 35k limit. After moving to London I was working freelance for a lot of great agencies and eventually settled at a corporate comms environment. An agency that gave me lots of insight to sustainability and purpose. I decided to move again, this time to Amsterdam where i moved into the in-house environment. Heading up the team for Unilever, I was responsible for building and managing the creative team who eventually became 12 people.
