• Drove development and delivery of new product introduction by creating product life cycle milestones (inception to end of life), ensuring HW designs were to high standard, able to be mass produced at company’s factory with high yield, and worked along-side with operations manager for on time delivery of the product• Interacted with and drove program milestones across cross-functional teams while reducing end product costs• Created and presented program level plans to senior management and provided regular updates throughout product life cycle of program, managing expectations of progress against program commitments(plan of record) while overseeing budgets effectively• From the kick-off of the program to the end performed risk management, resource planning as multiple HW was being designed at multiple locations, and held multiple meetings to align program goals and milestones so that they were met on time or early

Responsible for managing the integration of Novatel's embedded products into major laptop OEM platforms while working with major 1st tier 4G carriers in US for a successful launch in the marketplace(Consumer laptops and M2M/IoT market)

Responsible to get Subscribers accepted at Alltel, TracFone, and Cox. Drive Internal Organization to Meet Customer requirements through Compliance Matrix and Implementation of Software Features. Subscriber may be 3rd party or Internal to Kyocera.

Design RF and Core Networks for Ericsson CDMA systems World Wide. CDMA2000, EV-DO, and All IP networks.

Design and Rollout CDMA networks for the Region of Latin America. Responsible for the Design and Deployment of the Pegaso Project in Mexico, Phase 1 and 2. Largest deployment of Qualcomm at the time, 800+ sites.Responsible for all RFP in the Region of Latin America.

Member of the Original CDMA team established in 1989 for the 1 cell and 1 mobile CDMA demo. Moved on to Designing Analog and RF hardware for Qualcomm's Infrastructure Division From the original Roving Test Systems to the Base Stations used in the deployment of the Sprint Network.
