The monthly reports detail numerous pieces of information, including the cost to date & cost to complete (by individual budget, both hard and soft costs), contingency levels, holdback (retention) status, insurance status, consultants commentary (architects, structural, etc) and the status of the work and its adherence to the schedule.One project of note for this employer was the technical advisory role I carried out for the Canadian Air force's Contracted Flight Training School tender award for the next 20 years, a $1.6 billion project which required analysis and cash flow forecasting for the total Contract period. My report on this project was commended and is an example of how I have excelled in my work.

This was my first post graduate role. My duties here were essentially the same as those undertaken at Altus / Helyar - Project Monitoring of primarily Hotels, Long Term Care and low-rise commercial projects.

Working in Edmonton in a cost planning role for a surveying firm in Western Canada. This was a placement that I carried out during my sandwich year from university. My primary tasks here were to measure and prepare quantities for pricing, this work was carried out primarily with a digitizer and was a junior role.
