Generally I was required to produce monthly status reports on each of my projects (I usually handled between 15-20 projects at any one time). The monthly reports detail numerous pieces of information, including the cost to date & cost to complete (by individual budget, both hard and soft costs), contingency levels, holdback (retention) status, insurance status, consultants commentary (architects, structural, etc) and the status of the work and its adherence to the schedule.One project of note for this employer was the technical advisory role I carried out for the Canadian Air force's Contracted Flight Training School tender award for the next 20 years, a $1.6 billion project which required analysis and cash flow forecasting for the total Contract period. My report on this project was commended and is an example of how I have excelled in my work.
