Member of the Executive Board, managing the concert operations at the St. Gallen multi-arts venue in strategic, artistic and administrative respects. Curator of the concert programme of the St. Gallen Festival.I am particularly interested in the development of orchestras, the artistic planning of existing and alternative concert formats in all genres of classical music and beyond, audience development and the challenges of the future.I rely on my personal enthusiasm for my profession, never-slackening curiosity, excellent repertoire knowledge, many years of experience and know-how, good communication, a strong network and a participative and appreciative leadership style.I am a self-confessed team player, lateral thinker, reflective, able to compromise, authentic and enthusiastic.
