Personal life (currently):I have accompanied many young musicians and some adults for their grade exams at a music school, small concerts, entry to the conservatory, and other events in classical music, purely as a hobby. Professional life (formerly):With over 40 years of experience in implementing, supporting, improving, introducing and migrating processes, tools, and methodologies in large and complex software and systems development organizations, I am convinced these challenges require a practical, hands-on and creative approach. It is always a combination of process, tools, technology, organization and people to drive the improvements towards effective and agile collaboration.
