Advised the Chief Security Officer and corporate presidents on the strategic and operational direction of the business with the goal of enabling business objectives while ensuring the life and asset safety of our people, brand and facilities. Advised the CSO and had a seat at the leadership table with our business unit presidents, collaborating/partnering on;- incident management and crisis resolution- geopolitical risk and threat analysis- implementation of enterprise-wide security program and governance- Executive protection - Implementation of security protocols addressing business critical travel requirements- Cybersecurity, data loss prevention, information assurance- Workplace violence prevention, investigations.

Defined and managed comprehensive integrated security strategies and initiatives governing international security in Afghanistan, India, Pakistan and several other high threat missions. Administered $500 million budget and oversaw 22 diplomatic missions. Served as resource regarding emerging threats and incidents. Interacted with numerous key State Department offices and liaised with U.S. intelligence, defense and counter-terrorism agencies. Managed relationships with foreign governments and agency counterparts to advance U.S. security objectives.

Served as subject-matter expert (SME) for Coordinator & Principle Deputy Coordinator with regard to security and law enforcement issues. Coordinated counter terrorism contingency planning and ensured integration of policy into regional action plans. Provided wide-ranging support to diplomatic security directorates and engaged foreign governments to assure agreement with U.S. objectives.

Acted as Security Counsel in critical threat regions, focusing on threat mitigation in Kenya, Somalia and Southern Sudan. Administered $25 million budget and five programs: oversaw 1,000+ personnel and developed and maintained defensive posture to minimize impact of violent acts. Liaised with host government's security and law enforcement groups. Provided strategies to American School, U.S. federal agencies allied embassies. Conducted risk assessments, developed mitigation techniques and crafted security balanced programs.
