• Led high-impact projects for the primary customer, S7 Airlines, significantly improving client satisfaction and contributing to my employer's growth.
• Took over and launched financial operations automation for S7 Airlines, resulting in enhanced cash turnover and substantial cost reductions.
• Reimplemented project UI on my initiative, securing new contracts with S7 Airlines that require high UI/UX standards. Hired and trained 30 front-end engineers to meet the increased demand.
• Developed a UI Kit library for S7 Airlines, attracting additional customers through public promotion and open-sourcing part of the library.
• Revived a critical workflow automation system, cutting development time by 8x and restoring customer trust.
• Improved company operations by promoting system design practices, TDD, and DevOps and implementing reusable tools. This transformed us from "mere coders" to comprehensive product developers, significantly increasing.
