Francesca is currently a Production Assistant. She graduated from the University for the Creative Arts (UK) and most recently has been learning production skills at Cinesite, a motion graphics and visual effects production company. She loves being part of a team that’s creating immersive experiences and is looking to build on her Cinesite skills in the events industry. She’s held a number of roles in retail jobs, giving her a strong foundation of customer facing skills, and is comfortable in different settings.A dual national of the United Kingdom and the United States, Francesca was born in the UK, raised in California, and returned to London for university.She’s slept rough on the open planes of the California desert, learned basic survival skills, designed and printed her own tshirt line, been on the JSA (Junior State of America) debate team, taken the lead as Head of Design for the Tam News (local paper in Marin, CA) and been an active member of SOAR (Students Organised Against Racism).Francesca has strong organisational skills, good spatial awareness, an eye for colour, a passion for creativity and takes direction well.
