Including management of key third party relationships e.g. consultancies, business system vendors, trading platform provider, custodian- Specific deliverables included a new business system and integrated multi-currency General Ledger, with related reporting tools, and full design of the 'first line of defence' financial control processes- Successfully supported the required regulatory licence applications and approvals, and launched a full suite of new products and related arrangements such as broker commissions and sales force remuneration- Led and efficient run-down of the above businesses as a result of a strategic review of the Asian business operations
