Perform operation and maintenance of the Nortel CDMA voice core and RAN: • Coordinate with peers on daily activities prioritization.• Provide on call assistance to issues out of business hours.• Monitor the network and performed daily checks.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues.• Open tickets with vendors when necessary, and follow up to resolution.• Manage spare parts and active inventory.• Execute database changes for adding and removing nodes from RAN.• Performe drive tests for troubleshooting customer complaints and testing RAN changes.

Coordinated North Florida field engineers during LTE site integration and CDMA swap out activities for Sprint.• Worked as Integration Manager (IM) for the Florida region (Sprint), remotely coordinating Field Engineers (FE) during daily integration activities, that include site preparation, integration to OSS, and migration of voice and data services from MCBTS (Nortel base station) to RBS (Ericsson base station). • Resolved various daily issues FE encounters, finding resources, and connecting peer teams when needed. • Escalated issues within the organization, so all issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Executed First Office Application (FOA) for CDMA 1xEV-DO new software and hardware for major customers including Verizon Wireless, Sprint. • Reviewed Functional Requirement Specification (FRS), Functional Specifications (FS), and System Design Specification (SDS) for upcoming releases.• Developed feature test strategy and test cases for new releases. This includes the evaluation of new feature documentation to determine feasibility, usability of functionality and test case development.• Applied technical expertise troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues in CDMA 1xEVDO Systems.
