During my tenure as a Director at Averro, I have worn many hats. I was originally responsible for leading the Pacific Northwest Business unit. In this role, I had direct management responsibility for a team of Account Executives and Recruiters as well as our Microsoft Practice which included SOW, Managed Services and Staff Augmentation.In 2022, the other business units were consolidated into one Tech Solutions Business unit which I led. In this role I was responsible for all sales and recruiting efforts for Staff Augmentation, Direct Hire, SOW and Managed Services. I had two Director level direct reports as well as all the Account Executives and Recruiters.In 2023, Averro merged with three of our sister companies.
