Project: Documentum to SharePoint ValidationDocumentum to SharePoint Validation is the project to migrate data from Documentum to SharePoint 2010 environment for client of USDM. It involves the integration of Workflows (Nintex), Data Migration, and validation of new system of SharePoint 2010. Created simplex and complex workflows in Nintex to replicate the existing Documentum Workflows and integrate the same in SharePoint 2010. Integration contains Muhimbi integration for PDF conversion and rendition. Also requires a digitally signature documents from Approver via using Co-Sign tool. • Analyzed existing Documentum repository and create a strategy for migration into SP 2010. • Worked with migration development team to articulate the same structure in SharePoint. • Analyzed the Documentum workflows and architect the SharePoint workflows. • Developed SharePoint workflows in Nintex Workflows Business Suite.• Created Powershell scripts to create Site Structure in SharePoint 2010, Publish Nintex Workflows in SP 2010.• Involved in Deployment in pre-prod environments.

This project is based on different level customization of Idea Xchange site consisting of List templates with workflows. It has custom Content Management Track which allows users to add, edit and publish firm wide content and target different cross sections of information to different audience groups. US Portal serves need of Nation Support Services center, KPMG Tax, Audit and Advisory groups on the field. Individual sites are present for most of the divisions like marketing, HR, IT etc.• Involved in the complete life cycle of the project which includes design, document, planning, development, deployment and maintenance of portal infrastructure on various pre-prod environments. • Branded the Share point portal by developing Custom Master Page and CSS to support US Portal Parent Master and US Portal Child Master with bunch of Landing Page Layouts.• Created Custom Site Definition for US Portal Site Collection and US Portal Site (sub sites under US Portal Site Collection).• Developed List Definitions, Lists Content Types, Site Columns, Features and Feature Receivers, custom Event Handler on lists and Documents Libraries.• Implemented Ajax and Caching for web parts using Web Services and Reference Proxy to call web service from JavaScript.• Worked extensively on My Sites customization.
