While at CuraGen I worked in a target validation/ biomarker group. My experiences there included ELISA assay development/optimization as well as exploring secondary indications for a pre-clinical drug target using laboratory techniques as well as intensive literature searches.My time at Amgen taught me a great deal about interpreting GLP regulations as well as GCP regulations. I worked as a lead analyst and principal investigator for multiple GLP/GCP projects in the PKDM department.I spent 7 years at Pfizer, where I utilized the skills and experience I gained at Amgen to continued to build a career in the world of ligand binding assays. I have extensive experience in the development, validation, and execution of LBA including ADA, PK, and PD assays.
