• Team Lead and Mentor for up to 10 Data Science team members, plus up to 3 direct reports of Principal/Team Lead seniority, coaching, performance reviews, staffing, training of the employees• Technical Project Lead for planning and implementation of multiple customer projects (Machine Learning, Data Analysis, Data Engineering): - different business domains and industries (Retail, Producing, Automotive) - demand/sales forecasting, matching, recommendations, data products• External/Internal Stakeholder management from C-level to working levels• Customer consulting and development of end-to-end data solutions including data pipelines, architecture, data quality, data management, cataloging, governance as well as software engineering topics like cloud, testing, versioning, collaborative work (git)• Sales Support for acquisition of new customers as well as extensions for existing customers (including customer presentations, workshops, offer creation)• Head of Data Science Recruiting (department size ~75 people at 3 offices)• Developing of Data Science department role descriptions and career paths• Collaboration with internal departments like development, marketing, customer success• Tech Stack: One Data, SQL, Python, Spark, Kubernetes, JSON, git, Azure, AWS, Slack
