Clariant launched the CPIP project, a global transformation program, with the objective to significantly reduce the company’s cost base in various areas (manufacturing, supply chain, marketing etc.).One of the six sub-projects was the CPIP Purchasing project with the focus to identify substantial savings in Clariant’s 3rd party spend.During this time I was involved as a full-time core team member.
