“Dare to take risks” may be a clique to some, but it’s my motto. I recently published my first work of fiction and dispensed all doubt in my own mind that writing is my passion. I am drawn to fiction, as the genre allows me the autonomy to tell stories that are powerful enough to create an invisible connection between the fictional characters and the readers. My ultimate aim is to become a renowned novelist, and my daily goal is to enjoy the roller coaster ride to my destination. My decision to start my own publishing company and publish my own book was not an impulse; my decision was a daring risk taken to pursue my literary dreams while building a business that will allow other creative risk-takers to do the same.
