Fred has over 33 years of programming and 11 years of project management experience. Fred’s career began at the Department of Defense Naval Weapon Center-China Lake as a research scientist. He continued his career with McDonnell-Douglas and Anheuser-Bush in programming before joining Clean Hands in 2006, where he took multiple products from concepts through design, development and field testing. With Striley Technical Services, Fred continued to provide full life-cycle IT project, product and process management and development. Fred has a BS in physics from University of Missouri in Kansas City and is a Certified Associate Project Manager.Recently, Striley Technical Services has partnered with THOUGHTi to provide Healthcare IT services. STS is responsible for connecting public and private health care institutions as well as state-wide health entities with the technical expertise needed to maximize the usefulness and compliance of their data, technology and IT processes, and for insuring that the organization's needs are properly understood and satisfied.
