Nordic Project Manager for Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmétique, with three main responsibilites:• Fostering and developing the business relationship with export partners of the Nordic area:- Establishing and tracking the yearly sales budget- Overseeing the monthly forecasts and orders- Participating in building and ensuring the execution of the operational marketing plan- Analyzing the local market trends- Help planning and delivering the necessary regulatory files to ensure new product launches• Ensuring the establishment of the Finnish Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmétique Nordic A/S branch office, in cooperation with the support functions. Nine months secondment contract based in Finland from August 2017 to April 2018:- Preparing the transition of the business relationship with our Finnish distributor, moving from export partner to a wholesaler role- Planning and leading the steering committee of the project- Finding office spaces for the branch office- Ensuring the setup necessary for the operational functioning of the branch office, in close cooperation with the teams from headquarters (IT, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, HR)- Help building and tracking the sales and expense budget- Support in creating the local operational marketing plan, and helping the Finnish team in the execution- Analyzing and updating the monthly forecast- Overseeing the order taking of the two Finnish wholesalers- Distributing and approving the branch office's invoices in our accounting provider's online solution • Bringing support for the recently established Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmétique Nordic A/S subsidiary based in Copenhagen on several transversal projects

Marketing Project Manager in the Export Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA) area team of Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmétique:• Worked closely with export partners of Northern and Eastern Europe in order to develop and implement operational marketing strategies in line with our brands' positioning. This included building and following-up the execution of the operational marketing plan, providing necessary tools for product launches and campaigns, as well as ensuring the sharing of best practices between countries. Several business trips per year enabled me to support the teams of our distributors locally and conduct store visits in order to better understand the markets and needs.• Provided the operational marketing guideline book for the yearly Export International Marketing Seminar, focused on recommendations regarding the four Ps. Worked together with the Marketing teams of the brands in order to build this tool.• In cooperation with the Digital teams of the brands, built and helped implement the digital roadmap in the priority countries of the EMEA area.• Helped the distributors in the organization of medical events such as participation in congresses and setting up round tables.• Participated in the elaboration of interdisciplinary tools for the EMEA area, for instance establishing guidelines on how to optimize a network of beauty consultants after having led a multi-country study

Six months internship followed by a short-term contact within the International Strategic Coordination team of Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmétique

Three months summer internship at SCC Innovasia, a manufacturer of personal and skin care products. Being half Filipina but never having lived in the Philippines, I wanted to have a work experience in my mother's home country in order to reconnect with my Filipino roots and better understand the local culture.
