As a Quality Assurance Executive in a CMU of DS Group, Role involves ensuring that products manufactured by contract manufacturers meet the quality standards and specifications set by DS Group. Responsibilities may include conducting quality inspections and audits, implementing quality control procedures, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and providing training to contract manufacturer personnel on quality protocols. Additionally,may collaborate with production and operations teams to address quality issues, streamline processes, and ensure efficient production while maintaining high-quality standards.Additionally, might be involved in analyzing data, resolving operational issues, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.optimizing production schedules, monitoring supply chain logistics, and resolving any operational issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Additionally, may be involved in performance evaluation of contract manufacturers and implementing strategies to improve overall operational efficiency.

DISHA FOOD PRAVITE LIMITED KATEDAN, TELENGANA (ITC) Daily Documentation and Record Keeping. Looking after overall quality of all food products made in manufacturing unit. Checking product quality before releasing into market. Execution of Cleaning, Inspection and Lubrication (CIL) Plan & 5S System. Follow the GMP Guidelines & Personal Hygiene of Operators. Execution of Processes Such as Re-Work, Re-Verification & Re-Control. Checking Online Quality (VLT test, product quality inspection, gauge, cream percentage, packaging, Check, recipe check). Planning daily Activities on Production Departments as well as Quality department. Verification of all PRP’S QCP’S and CCP’S as per schedule in there respective shift operations. Training of employees for process packing and hygiene standards. Verification of process parameters and product standards as per specification for each line and recording. Ensure the product changeover and giving the line clearance. Ensure compliance of manufacturing and packing standards as per domestic and export requirements. Ensure identification and traceability for RM/PM and work in progress products. Verification of all pest control activities inside the plant and surrounded using to ensure food safety compliances. Ensuring proper FIFO and FEFO practices.
