*Products handled*-custurd powder, cornflour, baking powder, jelly crystal, glucose powder, organic and herbal tea, icing sugar, oats, Spaghetti, pasta products, seasoning material.falooda.*IPQC ROLLS & RESPONSIBILITIES*-To check online quality of products.-Verification of CCP & OPRP.-Monitoring & controlling Net wt/Gross wt of products within limits.-Onpack defect identification & analysis as per sampling size.-Ensuring GMP, GHP, SOP regulations in plant.-Finished good audit after every shift.-Ensuring line clearance in processing & packaging sections to avoid cross contamination.-Quality circle meetings & awareness on prodution floor.-Calulation of yield, defect, wastage on packaging lines.-Coordinate with maintenance for RCA related onpack defect.-Coordinate with operators to reduce defects.-Submit daily IPQC report to QA dept.-To ensure coding and labeling should be correct on Packet, pouch, inner, carton, monocarton, Bags, Jar, Cans.-Daily calibrations of weighing balance.-Vaccum Leakage testing during pasta pouch packaging.-Monitoring temperature & Humidity in processing and packaging sections.-Ensuring all fly catchers are on to maintain food Safety.-Reporting to manager if any quality deviation observed.-Inspection of Intermediate, Finished goods before packaging.*Lab testing*-Vehicle inspection before sampling the material. -Sampling material as per sampling plan.-Raw material testing as per sop & specification include various testing like MOISTURE, ASH, PH, SIEVE SIZE, GLUTEN PERCENT, BLACK SPECS, BULK DENSITY, COOKING TEST etc.-Packaging Material testing as per sampling plan & specifications include various test like BURSTING STRENGTH, GSM, DIMENSIONS,COLOR SHADE, LABELLING INFO, MOISTURE etc.-Finished good cooking tests and sensory evaluation with standard sample.-Analysis & sensory of Intermediate lots.-Maintain all analysis, calibrations & verification, SOPs ,GRN & COA, documents.
