Internal & External Testing Plan, Matrix, sops, and SSOPs. Consumer complaint analysis and preparing effective CAPA. Managing all NC materials as per NC procedures and preparing NCR reports. Maintain Quality document compliance and strict adherence to control systems. Involve vendor development, Vendor performance, and external lab coordination.
