• Project Coordination, during initiation phase of project, with client as well as with Project Management team.
• During Planning phase review of contract draft and bid documents for developing scope baseline; Identification of key points in SOW (Scope of Work) for developing WBS structure, Clarifications of ambiguous points in.
• Assisting Project Management team while developing overall organizational structure with respect to organizational culture & style.
• Preparation of planning part for KOM (Kick Off Meetings) to show brief picture of executing the project and strategies for all three parts of EPC.

• Regular progress monitoring using Primavera P3, Descon in-house built software DPMS (Descon Progress Monitoring System). Ensuring execution schedule compliance covering all engineering activities.
