I am currently holding a full-time position as a Superintendent at Base Builders working on the Laguna Clara project which consists of 210 multi-family units in Santa Clara,CA. I graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California earning an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Afterwards, I attended University of California, Berkeley where I focused on Construction Management. I am currently on a mixed use development project called Legacy at Hayward that consists of 97 residential units, 1 retail store, and a level parking structure below. This is a 4-story wood framed Type VA over Type 1A building structure on a 1.89 acre lot. The Development Company/Owners group of the project is Legacy Partners. The Architect of the project is BDE Architecture. The Structural Engineer's on the project are PASE and FBA.I think strategically and develop implementation plans with strong follow through and measurable results. I exceeded in all of my business courses and have lead successful group projects with outstanding results. I was able to reach these results by effectively identifying, contacting, coordinating and conducting important meetings from scratch.I am a highly motivated individual who demonstrates the knowledge and interest for the field of business, real estate and construction management. When given the opportunity to work, I exert my strengths in every task, discern all aspects and prove to be an asset. I am attending the University of California, Berkeley in which I am pursing a degree in Construction Management.
