I am responsible for managing an Erasmus+ project: Project name: "Power Saving Check Goes Citizens" (2022-2025) - Energy efficiency project in which we educate 42 Energy Efficiency Mediators who can visit low-income households in order to help them reduce their energy consumption by offering a free assessment, giving out free energy-saving products and useful user behavior tips- I work together with a consortium of 10 partner organizations from 9 different countries - We created an 80-hour training program: I was responsible for developing one of the topics, preparing the presentations, as well as translating the partners' materials into Hungarian- I was responsible for the accreditation of the training at the University of Szeged - I led the training of two groups as an instructor, during the former I taught online in English (36 people), and during the latter in person in Hungarian (10 people)

- I was a board member of the organization for two years (2021-2023)- I was a coordinator of an intercultural youth seminar (Youth of European Nationalities - Autumn Seminar “Tradition in Transition” 2023): I coordinated a group of 6 people and constantly communicated with the organization's representatives. - I was the coordinator of organization's youth conference called Itthon, határtalanul konferencia (topic: Egy zöldebb Vajdaságért! - For a greener Vojvodina!): I coordinated a group of 5 people; I conducted the team-meetings; I was responsible for managing the project, distributing the tasks to the teammates, keeping the deadlines and dealing with finances. - I organized the organization's biggest event, the Open University of Vojvodina (Vajdasági Szabadegyetem), 3 times. I coordinated the team that put together the afternoon team games, and the group that organized the evening programs. I contacted a number of speakers, professionals and invited them to give a speech/presentation at the event. I also contacted many DJs and bands to perform in the evenings. I contributed to the continuous development of the event with my creativity, hard-working and trustworthy attitude.- I also coordinated the project management group of the organization for a year, during which I led event coordinator meetings and taught event organization- I conducted a day-long team-building training for the members in which we played many games focusing on getting know each other, self-awareness and conflict management, also we talked about the aims of the organization, how we want to communicate and what we should do differently in the future.
