KeySoft was established in February 2007 and registered as a Jordanian company. It is a part of the MEDENTGROUP and was fully owned by MEDENT Business Consulting GmbH KeySoft was the software development arm of the MEDENTGROUP.Through understanding the various business needs of the group members, KeySoft produces the software solutions that enables them to efficiently perform their business tasks with a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.The company managed to enhance business throughput by providing reliable code that reduces time requested for an operation and at the same time provides more accurate results accommodating new and changing rules.My duties included: Managing day-to-day operations of company. Responsible for planning, budgeting, staffing, and organizing all aspects of operations. Supervising HR and accounting activities. Managing technical and software development projects of the company. Establishing and maintaining relationship with customers. Reporting to shareholders and participating in strategic decisions regarding company’s policy and operations.

 Gathering and analysis of client’s requirements, documenting them and transforming them into development requirements for the team. Project leading and management of big projects such as: Automatic Claim Verification System of Medical Insurance Claims: This was a complex project that took about 4 years of implementation. The resulting software was able to handle more than 30,000 claims/day, starting from data entry till automatically verifying the eligibility of the claim according to business rules that varied from one claim to another. Finally the system decided on payment or deduction (full or partial) of the claimed amount and communicated this decision to the financial software to issue payments. The Government-To-Citizen (G2C) section of the e-Government portal of Jordan: This section contained all services offered electronically to the citizens. Trade and Investment Information System for the Department of Statistics and others.

 Testing of the company products to ensure their quality Developing test plans and test specifications to perform the tests. Managing test projects as a “Lead Tester” including management of hardware and human resources on these projects. After-sales and marketing support

 Teaching undergraduate courses and labs in Automation, Control and Computer Applications Supervising graduation projects Conducting training courses for local industries in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Computerized Data Acquisition, Computer Process Control, Computerized Numerically Controlled Machines (CNCs) and Computer Programming and Applications (Visual Basic, MatLab, LabVIEW and others) Responsible for labs of Automation, Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) and Automatic Control Conducting training courses for local industries as mentioned above Member of committee responsible for computing facilities at the Industrial Engineering Department.
