Served as in-charge of integrating newly acquired enterprises into TELUS Health. Oversaw TELUS Health's organic and inorganic expansion in the Netherlands and across rest of Europe and Middle East. Created and implemented commercial strategies in accordance with company's goals and objectives, with purpose of accelerating growth. Conducted market research and analysis to develop comprehensive business plans for business opportunities.

Supported with recognizing hazards and issues associated with planning, timelines, and functional areas of corporate integrations. Organized and backed integration of newly acquired European and North American companies. Ensured coordination of strategic initiatives to capitalize on synergies, identify interdependencies, and prevent duplication of effort. Allocated projects and resources, created and motivated team, recruited new talent, including trainees, and established working connections with external and internal stakeholders, among other duties.- Negotiated and closed commercial and legal documents for the construction of a US$1,1bn semi-submersible rig by a SOCAR affiliate- Prepared, negotiated, and executed with a team of six lawyers relevant contracts and documents for the final investment decision of the US$45bn second stage Shah Deniz project; resulted in a significant improvement of SOCAR’s status as a key partner in the largest natural energy/gas project- Worked closely with the Compliance department and was responsible for implementing key risk and privacy management measures at the Legal Department- Led a 3-member team advising the tender process of the US$20bn Oil & Gas Processing & Petrochemicals Complex of SOCAR; secured the bid to proceed with EPC contractor- Represented SOCAR as a director at the Board of Directors of different joint ventures where SOCAR holds a controlling stake; among others initiated projects to develop procurement procedures and corporate ethics of ventures operating in oil and gas sector.

- Advised SOCAR’s Risk Management Department on FCPA and SOX compliance requirements- Led the legal team in the successful acquisition of two corporate aircraft- Successfully led the team comprised of the representatives from SOCAR and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan in the meetings at the United Nations in Geneva to dismiss the claim of the neighboring country alleging the breach of the Espoo Convention by SOCAR; resulted in the international recognition of the environmental awareness of major energy projects in Azerbaijan- Initiated and coordinated the preparation and the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Policy and the Business Ethics of SOCAR- Acted as primary liaison with local and foreign capital markets in the emission of Eurobonds of €500mln and €1bn at the London Stock Exchange; resulted in the prompt preparation of due diligence reports for investors.

- Played an intermediary role in structuring the project financing for the construction of the US$4bn STAR Refinery complex in Turkey- Evaluated the adequacy and effectiveness of internal processes and controls to local and global compliance requirements and contractual obligations- Drafted various MOUs and LOIs with international partners of SOCAR.
