 Identifying factories in Bangladesh region as per new products and categories required  Have handled different textile product like Knit, Woven, Sweater and Towel. Have sourced wide range of factories both Knit & Woven for the Sol's Buyer. Have developed strong price point Negotiating, Sourcing, & Merchandising Skills during these global work assignments.  Costing with the vendors from the right source & negotiating with the vendors for competitive price.  Adapt in analyzing industry, customer insight and product trends and tenacious in building new business, Secure customer loyalty and forging strong relationships with business partners.  Ability to analyze a problem skillfully, formulate a logical rationale for the decision and take action.  Meeting target/Business negotiation. Review business progress regularly with the team.  Communicate with sales and design team regarding range development and stock availability, future sales and stock levels.  Dealing with Sol's head office, for the development of new order, seasonal booking, planning, and providing current status of shipment and others requirement for Garments business. Experience working with offshore suppliers to ensure production arrive in full, on time and meet quality standards.  Supervising and monitoring the garments production for due time smoothly shipment purpose which follow up to the goods confirm Ex-Bangladesh
