Review business progress regularly with the team.  Communicate with sales and design team regarding range development and stock availability, future sales and stock levels.  Dealing with Sol's head office, for the development of new order, seasonal booking, planning, and providing current status of shipment and others requirement for Garments business. Experience working with offshore suppliers to ensure production arrive in full, on time and meet quality standards.  Supervising and monitoring the garments production for due time smoothly shipment purpose which follow up to the goods confirm Ex-Bangladesh
