 Developing a small self-funded volunteer initiative inside Syria to an established organization that is not only responding within Syria, but also in neighboring countries. Right now, Violet is contributing to the SDGs 2030 with 700 staff and 300 youth volunteers with a budget of more than 30 million dollar annually.  Leading the youth volunteer initiative of Violet and the strategic development to integrate young people as change maker in their own communities.  Multitasking role as Founder, Innovator, Director of Public Relations and Strategic Thinker in one of the toughest contexts. Representing the initiative across the internationally and across the region including Syria, Turkey, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait, USA. Strengthening relations with international organizations and United Nation agencies.
