BEOC Ltd. is responsible for exploration, rehabilitation, and development of Bahar and Gum-Deniz fields offshore gas-condensate and oil fields in Azerbaijan. Subject: Interpretation of CO2-based Gaseous Solvent Heavy Oil EOR Experiments The research was the part of the integrated approach to design a solvent injection field test for an unconsolidated sand reservoir containing extra-heavy oils. Performed coreflood experiment focused on the microscopic behavior of injected solvent and defined the physics of heavy oil displacement process by CO2-based solvent.
