One of the initiators in the establishment of the local Chapter, Member of the Formation Committee and Board of Directors.

- Develop annually a risk-based internal audit plan for Board of Trustees review and approval.Oversee the implementation of the approved plan, ensure proper resourcing for implementation of the plan, and adjust the plan as needed in response to changes in business risks, operations, programs, systems and controls. Keep senior management and Board of Trustees apprised of any changes needed to the internal audit plan.- Ensure methodical documentation of work plans, testing results, conclusions and recommendations. Ensure follow up on findings and corrective actions.- Perform organization-wide risk assessments to identify significant risks or exposure related tointernal controls or compliance with internal policies and procedures, laws and regulations, efficiencyof operations, and accuracy of financial reporting. Provide feedback and recommendations onbusiness risks and improving operational efficiencies and processes where appropriate.- Direct the work of external auditors on select audits, as directed by the Board of Trustees and senior management, to ensure the audit work remains within the prescribed guidelines.- Provide technical assistance with investigations, special audits, and provide subject-matter expertiseas needed.

- Conduct the audit of the branches and head office following AzerCredit’s audit methodology/ process (pre-audit, field audit, and post-audit works);- Prepares initial draft of audit report for review and approval by Audit Manager;- Assist the Internal Audit Manager in the implementation of recommendations from internal audit;- Provide adequate follow-up to make sure that adequate corrective action is taken and that it is effective;- Completes other related duties as assigned, including participating in special projects and investigations, policy and procedures reviews;

- Conducting internal audit of operational and credit activities in the branches - Evaluating efficiency and adequacy of internal control systems- Reviewing risk management procedures and risk assessment methodology- Reviewing transactions and current internal control procedures- Reviewing MIS and IT- Evaluating cost-effectiveness of operations - Reviewing & ensuring compliance with laws and regulations of Central Bank of Azerbaijan and Bank Internal Policies & Procedures- Reviewing compliance with Country AML (Anti-money laundering) Law and Bank Internal AML Policy- Conducting special projects
