We’ve established a Multi Brand Service Network especially for damaged cars. Our customers were mainly insurance companies, fleet companies and car rental companies. We had also a web base parts distribution network for all main brands.

After Sales consultancy and warranty audit at the dealer network for the manufacturer (Peugeot Motor). TransWorld Sat was the French outsource company for warranty audits and process reviews in all Europe. I’ve visited all Peugeot dealers in Turkey and done the audits and process reviews for Peugeot Motor. In 2007, Peugeot Motor has decided to continue to the audits and process reviews internally for all Europe.

Responsible from service operations, (Technical support, parts, training, literature, warranty, field service, service marketing, customer relations management)

Responsibility was to fallow the technical problems on the service network and transmit them to the producer for the required improvement (Oyak Renault for local produced cars, Renault France for imported cars). According to the taken results, sending technical bulletins to the service network

Anadolu Honda is a Joint-venture company between HONDA Motor Japan and Anadolu Group for Marketing Honda Cars in Turkey. My main responsibilities were field service operation, central service and training. In this period I had the technical and non-technical training at manufacturer and transmitted to the network.
