Purchasing Manager of Firalis Group since ~end of May 2023.Formerly "Export Manager" of a cable manufacturer, "Corporate Marketing Supervisor" at a BNP-Paribas affiliate bank's corporate division, then "Head of Finance", "Project Manager" for financial and administrative reporting of EU-funded R&D programs, then the interim COO at Firalis Group prior to my current position as the "Purchasing Manager" of the CRO division, integrating Firalis Molecular Precision SA and Lodiag SAS. On my current position, I take care of the Procurement for service laboratories, with direct responsibilities in negotiations of annual and punctual purchases, payment terms and conditions, supplier relationships, establishing procedures, and improving payment terms to enhance cash flow.Involved in every step of the Firalis start-up experience since pre-incubation, with multiple hands-on responsibilities from R&D projects reporting to creation of multiple units, including the recruitment, integration, training and supervision of Accounting, IT and HR heads, from contributing S&M and BizDev via direct and back-office operational tasks, coordination between all units (especially throughout the COO experience), creation of affiliates in US (Boston) and Turkey (Istanbul, Bogazici Univ. Technopark) up to negotiations for key equipments and investments of high value. Thanks to appreciations of this last function and due to reorganization of the corporate organization chart, I have assumed my current role of Purchase Manager.
