Many organisations struggle to balance innovation with the need for gender and cultural sensitivity, often finding it difficult to implement strategies that truly resonate with all stakeholders.This is where I come in.With a background in Management Consulting, specialising in Public Health, I have spent the past four years addressing these very challenges. I've had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that have tested and refined my strategic thinking. Leading initiatives worth over $4 million, I have consistently delivered client-centered solutions that prioritise innovation while ensuring that gender and cultural inclusion are at the forefront. My approach is grounded in the belief that the most effective strategies are those that respect and integrate diverse perspectives.But my work doesn’t stop at consulting. Recognising the difficulties young professionals face when entering the workforce, I founded a career mentorship program to help guide and support emerging talents. Through this initiative, I provide mentorship that helps these individuals navigate their roles and build successful careers. This experience has been mutually beneficial, allowing me to contribute to the growth of others while also enhancing my own leadership capabilities.Outside of my professional life, I make it a priority to maintain balance by engaging in activities that nourish my well-being. Fitness, lawn tennis, painting, public speaking, traveling, and reading are some of the passions I pursue with dedication.Additionally, my career began in accounting, with two years of experience working in a law firm and on a World Bank Assisted project. During this time, I played a vital role in these projects, using my skills and problem-solving abilities to contribute to their success. I also supported the NPHCDA with the introduction and implementation of the COVID-19 vaccine in Nigeria, providing routine program support.My goal is to help organisations overcome their challenges and achieve success by creating strategies that make a lasting, positive impact.Want to ensure your strategies are both effective and inclusive?
