Luxury hotels, Hospital groups, and SAAS companies hired over 1000 candidates and brought a couple of digital products from ideation to the MVP stage. I founded:Atlas back in 2019; a UK/Irish/Croatian entity supporting The EU Luxury hotels with end-to-end HR solutions.Product: Workforce; a platform connecting students/mentors/companies for them to outsource tasks, and students to deliver with the help of mentors while learning hands-on employability skills.Garden of Abundance; a coliving/coworking area in Croatia with 5 ha of land with a goal to integrate nature with modern design and accommodate digital nomads to leave and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.Meanwhile, I helped 2 agencies grow their teams, UTS HR Group brought in 10 new internal hires, trained them while scaling the business, and managed sales/recruitment/logistics, and At MMA Healthcare, created a new desk to double the annual revenue and enter new markets. I finished a digital product management master's in Barcelona to gain experience with digital products, and the product lifecycle, using tools/canvases to deliver prototypes/MVP, and later spent a year with exceptional Agile coaches practicing scrum(PM tools and team dynamics). Landed into EWOR, EU's biggest accelerator(equivalent to Y combinator) to build a venture that will bridge the gap between hands-on learning hard/soft skills and data-driven hiring.
