From streamlining and optimizing operations for some of the most influential executives in the entertainment business to founding, expanding, and ultimately selling a private ambulance company to #1 in Northern NJ, I’ve learned that 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵.➡️ With a unique career trajectory that spans production, start-up consulting, and healthcare operations, I started my career in production at the genesis of unscripted TV on the Geraldo Rivera Show before joining Disney and Hollywood Pictures as EA to the President and his staff. ➡️ After managing production and casting for several FOX reality shows, I returned to the East Coast to care for my dad – and to my roots as a paramedic part-time (or so I thought!). I recognized a gap in the market while there and co-founded a private ambulance company with a partner. ➡️ We grew by double digits and after a year, I bought out my partner, rebranding as Fuchs EMS and becoming the sole private ambulance company to secure contracts with Hackensack UMC health system. Over the next six years, we quadrupled in size, and I ultimately exited through a profitable sale.Like the best Hollywood stories, the richness of plot comes from unexpected twists and turns, and my career has been no exception. As a producer, I am known for my ability to simultaneously manage details at ground level while ensuring we continue to drive towards the finish line. Leading from the front, I connect the dots between current state and desired outcomes, rally teams around a shared North Star, and deliver results.I’m most proud of the teams I’ve built, the ideas I’ve helped bring to life through casting and production oversight, and the ability translate a core set of project management skills to create value in diverse environments.
