Fudzai Pamacheche, is currently a Key Expert working for an EU funded SADC Trade Related Facility Programme, since December 2016. He graduated from the University of Zimbabwe, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Economics (Honours) degree in 1982 and a Master of Science International Relations Degree in 1992.Having had a professional working life of over 34 years, and through practice and application, skills have been acquired in: trade policy formulation and analysis; trade negotiations (bilateral, regional continental and multilateral); undertaking of capacity building on trade negotiations, drafting of trade agreements and trade facilitation and related training; management of trade related capacity building projects; economic policy research, analysis and planning; Government fiscal policy formulation and budgeting, monitoring implementation of fiscal policy and supervision of the reform of state owned enterprises; investment and financial programming and analysis; management of financial and human resources; and Interpersonal skills of leadership, networking, partnership building and team work. I have been exposed to more than 15 years in project design and development, management, monitoring and evaluation.
