• Planning, coordinating and monitoring logistic operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation and supply chain processes.• Execute logistic plan to move product/material and packages to reach destinations on schedule.• Arrange with external warehouse, plan routes and process delivery.• Overseeing all aspects of supply chain management. • Ensuring the flow of raw materials and quantity for the upcoming shipment. • Coordinate, organize the stock and distribution of material and equipment for customer. • Daily shipment report to each customer.

-Oversea incoming items that arrive at the warehouse, purchase order and invoice. -Review purchase order and match shipped item to those were ordered, note any discrepancies, document -received, and update inventory databases.-Manage and return damage item.-Identified any mistake and contact buyer and supplier.-Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt and ensure that all items tagged and labeled upon received.-Collaborate with invoice clerk to list expected deliveries
