Office Coordinator
CurrentResponsible for the overall condition of the office, keeping work areas, conference rooms and break rooms organized and stocked, while providing general support for an office with over 450 employees.Manage the reception desk, greet visitors, answer the phone and accept packages and mail.Liaison to Property Management, vendors and other Protiviti and Robert Half offices.Perform intermediate-level maintenance on copiers, printers, A/V equipment and coffee machines, consulting with IT Department and vendors for more advanced repairs.Coordinate with HR in activating/deactivating employees by managing office badges, laptops and lockers.Implemented recycling program mandated by NYC.Train, supervise, and mentor high school intern from Boy Hope Girls Hope program.Updated Salesforce database for the Marketing Team.Conducted expense audits for the Finance Team.CPR and AED Certified.
