With Realtrac, I have helped develop a small to mid sized manufacturing ERP software product from scratch over the course of 18 months. After launch, we have added features allowing us to sell and deploy in larger manufacturing environments. My development duties for Realtrac have included all reporting, scheduling, business logic and all interfaces with external applications. In addition to pure development duties I regularly participate in new business development, troubleshooting our more advanced support issues and also architect future features.In the past, I have: Developed methods to pull real time and historical data from many telephone systems. Designed a communication system for sending mixed data types to LED boards and LCD/Plasma's. Developed real time call monitoring software for Avaya telephone systems. Written numerous manuals and technical documents for both internal and external use. Set up and moderated an active Wiki to encourage group knowledge sharing. Managed all internal IT projects and growth. Handled web marketing and web site development chores.In the future, I hope to tackle fresh and new technical challenges using the latest cutting edge technologies. I'm never the best programmer in a team - but I am the person that my coworkers come to help them brainstorm new solutions.
