Team Leader for US Army's MEDCOM Comply to Connect Forescout CounterACT project. Team deployed to 75 + medical facilities worldwide in 11 months installing Forescout CounterACT device visibility and control equipment. Completed on time with no delays.• Work with all relevant MEDCOM groups to include, network team, security team, help desk to integrate CounterACT into the MEDCOM domain and local switch infrastructure• Manage equipment installation and configuration at each site • Maintain and update CounterACT configuration as needed, including network segments, switch integrations, wireless integrations, VPN integrations, etc. • Monitor health of CounterACT Enterprise Managers and Appliances • Track all internal cases and adhere to change management process as specified by MEDCOM• Interface with Forescout escalation team and Research & Development (R&D) for any escalations• Define and Create CounterACT polices in accordance with the MEDCOM’s business requirements• Provide sustainment management of Forescout solution to meet MEDCOM’s business goals. Including participating in project meetings and conferences
