Currently serving as the Product Director in my company, I am responsible for product development and brand building.My career journey began as a product designer, focusing on creating attractive products and user experiences. Through years of design practice, I realized that creating a good product requires a wider perspective, leading me to gradually shift towards the field of product management.As a product manager, I combined the sensitivity of a designer with the strategic perspective of product management, discovering that this unique fusion could create a powerful impact. This blend enables me to understand user needs more comprehensively and design innovative solutions that fulfill these needs.Over the past few years, I have successfully led and completed the development of over 50 products. My design background played a key role in this process, helping me to carry out the full-cycle development from requirements analysis, product definition, design to the final product implementation. This journey has made me deeply understand the significance of designers and product managers and their roles in innovation and successful product development.
