Responsible for all general accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, Payroll, Business Tax Reporting. Specific duties include the following:Maintain general ledger, manage month end close, prepare monthly financial statements, review and approve journal entries & balance sheet account reconciliations.Standardize and set up accounting processes and proceduresAnalyze income statement and balance sheet fluctuations to budget/forecast and prior yearInterface reconciliations between various systems (ie Salesforce to QBO, STAQ AdOps to QBO invoicing)Daily cash management, weekly and monthly cash forecasts, weekly check run managementReview accounts payable invoices for reasonableness, department approvals and proper codingBi-monthly & Contractor payroll processingMain liaison with external financial auditorsOther administrative duties such as sales tax, business licensesSupervise Accounting, AP, AR & Payroll Staff
