Robinson forged a path unseen in the region by developing a unique process, dubbed “urban forest recovery,’ for diverting trees, destined for landfill, to an in-town milling and production facility. His zero-waste process, a model of sustainability, completely utilized all raw material trutimber acquired, generating no refuse. Robinson’s professional background includes 11 years as the Chief Operating Officer of TCBS, a commercial real estate management company overseeing full-service business support centers in the Houston market. In that capacity, Robinson was responsible for all company budget forecasting and management, oversight of facility operations and staff, client and landlord relations, and management of multiple build-out projects from design inception through project completion. He is well versed in multi-million dollar competitive lease negotiations, space acquisition, architectural planning and contractor management.
